"The following individuals in recent months have displayed exceptional contribution and involvement with the unit's operations to the point where I consider these individuals all staple individuals.
Though there are more people who've joined recently that have immediately gotten themselves involved in the helping capacity which HQ notices and appreciates more then you can comprehend.
Through the stages of getting this new unit at the stage it is now from what it was a few months ago, these individuals contributions directly impacted the unit's performance today and I can promise you it isn't unnoticed.
I truly appreciate each of you individuals and wish to continue to see you prosper and enjoy what has been built through collective efforts." ~ MAJ A. Hendrix

During Operation Sirocco I, these individuals were members of the fourth chalk during the insertion. Once the helicopters reach the Area of Operations, it was clear that it was incredibly dangerous for landing. Chalk four’s helicopter was forced to wave off to the southern side of the town where these individuals dismounted from the helicopter and pushed through 700m of close contact engagements in streets and back-alleys facing close to 20 combatants. All members of the chalk remained focused on their mission and pushed on through to rendezvous with the rest of the ground forces.

Record Text
During Operation Sunfire. Hunter 1-4 was a prime element within Alpha Company 4th Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment throughout the operation. Giving effective, accurate suppressing/killing fire for the other squad elements to maneuver and effectively move into positions or into an objective. 1-4 was a killing machine throughout the deployment with their Machine Gunners getting at least over 20+ kills every Operation with how good their fires were. They were a key element on calling out possible hazards to the Platoon when Aviation either didn't catch it or if Platoon couldn't see it. They saved a lot of time on movements with killing the enemy so quickly to the point that Platoon didn't have any issues moving/getting into an objective.
